Pinpoint plumbing is an Auckland wide service.
However our main areas of work are around the south and eastern suburbs where we live.
We most frequently work in clevedon as we took over from Clevedon Plumbing when Maarten moved in 2019.
Sean grew up in semi rural Drury going to Drury primary school. He has worked in all areas of Auckland (including Waiheke & great barrier islands) in a large variety of work scope, travelling from south Auckland home base.

Hot water systems can stop working suddenly.
gathering some information about your system can help us to help you get it back on quickly. Send us a photo of your system on the enquiry form.
We want to know:
approx age of the system which is usually on the label.
system type i.e mains pressure or low pressure cylinder, heat pump hot water cylinder, gas continuous flow
capacity of HWC i.e 180L
element/ power rating on HWC
Its okay if unsure about hot water system, book in and we will get the water heating again for you.

If you have a high water bill you have a water meter.
Check on you water bills when the last “actual read” was. This is to help determine the rate of water loss and when the leak likely happened.
Make sure you have every tap and appliance connected to the water meter turned off. Check the meter to see if any of the dials are turning over. If yes you have a leak and need to call us.
After a water leak has been fixed, you, with evidence of the repair, can apply with your water utilities provider for a rebate on a % of the lost water.

If filters are degrading quickly it’s normally due to water quality or filter capacity issues.
Pinpoint has a regular filter maintenance service. if you would like to be added to the list for regular servicing of filters; send us a general enquiry and let us know.
